1. The vacuum pump oil and oil filter must be removed and replaced every 500-2000 hours during the operation of the vacuum inflatable packaging machine.
2. The actual operation staff should check the air inlet filter device and exhaust pipe filter device of the packaging machine once a month.
3. For the application of vacuum sealing machine, it is necessary to remove and replace the exhaust pipe filter device once a year, clean or replace the filter device, and use air compression to carry out cleaning.
4. After more than half a year of application, the dust and stains in the cavity of the vacuum pump should be cleaned, and the module cover, cooling fan wheel, natural ventilation grid and refrigeration plate fin of the cooling fan should be cleaned. Note: air compression should be used for cleaning.
5. Under all normal conditions, the oil in the vacuum pump should be bright and clear, without any bubble or turbidity. After the oil settles in a static state, there are milk white chemicals that can't fade, which indicates that some foreign people have entered the vacuum pump oil and must be replaced with brand new oil immediately.
6. Workers applying machinery and equipment should check the oil quantity and observe the color of oil once a week. If the oil quantity is less than the "Min" mark, it is necessary to carry out oil supply. It doesn't have to be higher than the "Max" logo. If the oil in the vacuum pump is diluted due to too much condensate, it must be removed and replaced. If necessary, remove and replace the ballast valve.
